We use enquiry form data to review your request, prepare a response and discuss the services you requested. For data protection enquiries, use the agency’s main email shown below.
What we receive
Your name or alias, selected reply channel, email address, Telegram or Signal identifier, enquiry text and voluntarily supplied links. We also store the submission time, language and the consent text and version accepted with the form. Do not send passwords, payment details, health information or other people’s personal data.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the information to understand and answer your request and discuss services you have asked about. The form uses your separate affirmative consent. Any subsequent contract or different purpose requires its own applicable basis and information. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website database and are available to authorised agency staff in the private workspace. New form records are retained for no longer than 180 days from submission and then removed automatically. Hosting and backup providers may process data on the controller’s instructions; their location and arrangements depend on the actual hosting configuration. Backup retention must be configured by the site operator.
Communication services
Email, Telegram or Signal are used only as the reply channel you select. We do not automatically forward the enquiry text to messenger bots or email notifications. When staff reply through a service, the selected provider processes the communication under its own policies. Selecting a messenger does not make the website form end-to-end encrypted.
Technical information and cookies
The theme and this plugin do not add advertising trackers. The form uses an anti-spam field, a short-lived rate-limit identifier derived from the connection address, and WordPress request tokens. Raw IP addresses are not added to enquiry records. Hosting, security, CDN and separately installed analytics may keep their own technical logs; the operator must update this policy for those services.

To ask about processing, correct or delete information, or withdraw consent, contact kremlinbot@tuta.com. Include enough context to find your enquiry without sending excessive identity information. We may ask for proportionate confirmation that the contact belongs to you. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority or seek judicial protection.
